Welcoming Texas, USA to the International Pairs
Bill Dowling, licensee of Texas has brought some amazing golfing experience to the International Pairs scene in the USA and specifically Texas. Bill has been a member of the PGA of America for 42 years and currently maintains Life Member Status.
Bill has vast experience in the golfing world and started in Texas when he relocated from Illinois in 1979 and worked for Club Corp in various roles from 1980 until 1998.
Here are some of Bill’s achievements over the years:
- Member of the Club Management Association of America
- Recognized as one of the top teachers in the greater Houston area by the Houston Post
- Taught PGA Tour winners Billy Ray Brown and Trevor Dodds, along with past PGA Tour Members Philip Jonas, JC Anderson and several other domestic and international tour players.
- Held PGA Tour Teaching credentials for over 10 years.
- In 1986 was named Merchandiser of the Year by the Golf Manufacturer’s and Distributors Association.
- Has operated Integrity Golf Services a golf management and consulting firm since 1998.
- Qualified for the 1989 & 1990 Ben Hogan event held at Northshore C.C. in Portland, TX
- Served for 5 years as Co-Chair of the Children’s Medical Chip Moody Classic, an auction party and golf tournament that raised over $250k annually benefiting Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
- Nominated to the Texas Golf Hall of Fame 2019, 2020.
To say we are excited to have such an vastly experienced Licensee onboard and running the International Pairs Golf Events in Texas is an understatement.
We look forward to having some great golfers at the World Finals to represent Texas and the USA.
